• Q1: Can I request a customized consultation?

  Yes. We can customize products according to your requirements. Please let us know your specific requirement.

• Q2: What is the lead time?

  Customized products: about 10-25 working days after details confirmation.

  Remark: Actually,the lead time depends on your order quantity and request of the products.

  If your order is urgent, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to meet your schedule.

• Q3: Do you offer free samples?

  If your order is big enough, sample fee can be refunded after placing order. 

• Q4: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  There is no MOQ limit.

• Q5: What is the warranty period?

  We offer 15-year warranty based on non-human damage.

• Q6: What Incoterms / trade terms do you support?

  Normally Incoterms : EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

• Q7: What payment terms do you support?

  Normally is T/T:30%-50% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

  Any other payment terms, can be further discussed.

• Q8: What is your annual production capacity?

  Our annual production capacity is 500,000 square meter.

• Q9: What details should I provide for an accurate quotation?

  Drawing with size and quantity and installation location and specific requirements.

• Q10: How are the products packaged?

  Foam packed in a wooden case.

• Q11: Do your products have certifications?

  Yes. ISO, CE, SGS, NFRC and other third-party test reports are available depending on the product. Please confirm in advance if specific certifications are required for your market.

• What kind of glass options do you offer?

  Yes. We have LOW-E glass,Ford Blue Tinted Glass , hot resistance glass and reqular tempered glass

• Q13: What is the thickness of the aluminum profile?

  We have regular thickness like: 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm and 3.0mm. Any other thickness can be customized

• Q14: Can you produce the window with three glazed?

  Yes. We can do double glazed and thress glazed and laminated glazed.
